Fluid Flow Simulator

The water runoff simulation system (Open Gutter)  was developed with the aim of practically simulating the hydraulic effects and phenomena that occur when the fluid is subjected to confinement and spontaneous flow  in ducts or rectangular gutters in order to observe characteristic "jumps" when encountering obstacles of known geometry, in addition to providing the measurement of hydraulic quantities such as pressure and flow rate. Ideal for equipping hydraulic and transport phenomena laboratories.

Didactic Hydraulic Bench

Our hydraulic benches were designed to meet the most diverse practical needs for simulations and assembly of hydraulic circuits, including fundamental basic hydraulics  to advanced studies using proportional systems applications and techniques. With fully configurable equipment and accessories, they become practical to adapt to the various syllabus of training and courses, making the initial investment and future upgrades economically viable.

Process Simulation Bench

Bench designed for simulation practices of fluid transfer processes between tanks containing flow sensors, motorized and monitored valves, analog level sensors, float switches, in addition to electronic control of general flow. The set consists of a pumping system, two acrylic tanks, main electrical panel, electrical signal panel, terminals, PLC, relays, and signal conditioners. Mounted on a protected mobile aluminum frame and suitably designed for teaching purposes.

Features of the Process Simulation Workbench :

  • Monitoring and total control of tanks

  • control PLC

  • Remote Analog Expansion

  • Modbus RTU communication

  • Possibility of Monitoring with "pure" or "treated" signal

  • Set mounted on casters for better mobility ​

  • PWM 0..10V and 4..20mA type control signals
